1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using mellosocialrely.com ("the Site"), operated by Urban Vertical Beekeeping & Honey Innovation Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products and Orders

All honey products are artisanal and produced in small batches. Availability may vary seasonally. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened honey products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Workshop Bookings

Workshop reservations require advance booking and payment. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of mellosocialrely.com and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Assumption of Risk (Workshops)

Beekeeping involves inherent risks, including bee stings. Workshop participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation. We provide all necessary protective equipment and instruction, but cannot guarantee the absence of risk. Participants with known bee sting allergies must inform us in advance and carry appropriate medication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mellosocialrely.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products or services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
